We were upgraded to a corner suite which was excellent. Room cleaning was daily and we didn’t need to request it which seems to have become the norm since the pandemic. Everything was wonderful except that when we had them hold our bags after we checked out the bell staff was suddenly not helpful at all with either our luggage or holding the doors (they had previously jumped to open every door). In this case they just plopped our luggage in the middle of the lobby and walked away rather than bringing the luggage to the curb or at least asking whether we needed help.

Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

One of the best hotels for amenities. Only thing missing that is coming soon apparently is a restaurant/bar. Great restaurants nearby though and close to transportation.

We thought the pool could have stayed open longer than 9pm. The pain at the hot tub on the had peeled off for about 18 inch length. My grandson and I almost fell because the floor around the pool and hot tub are so smooth. I had almost fallen going into the restroom in the pool area. We weren’t running either. I’d suggest putting sand or something in the texture of the floor to avoid it and give more traction. When you walk into the hotel it smells strongly of cigarette smoke. I am assuming it was coming from inside the casino. The room was lovely. Maybe I missed it but having a type of lock on the sliding bathroom door would have been nice.
