"This is a great property if you wish to explore the south side of the island, or if you have your own vehicle. Unfortunately it is NOT 2.5 miles from the airport or the cruise ship port. It is on the opposite side of the island, Depending on traffic, a 90 - 150 minute drive. $115 taxi drive. You can get a 3 day tourist bus pass for 1 franc (a bus ride is 4 francs) but the busses stop running at 4:00 local time. It is more beautiful the pictures because the stunning, breath taking and sweeping views fill your soul from sunrise to sunset and even including the star gazing!. The staff are lovely and friendly, the food is delicious creatively blending Polynesian and French influences. The accommodation huts give you the feeling of being transported into Tahitian life ❤️"
