Hôtel assez bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac et le volcan depuis la chambre familliale. Par contre il y a beaucoup de chambre sans vue. The room is almost okay. The bedsheet used seems to have blood stains. There are dispensers for body soap and shampoo but they are both empty. The aircon is too noisy that it almost kept me awake all night. The provided parking is safe since it is inside the compound. I wasn’t able to avail of the free breakfast cause I have to leave earlier than 7am. The amenities inside the room are too old like the tv, bed, etc. This hotel also lacks manpower. They only have 2 staffs for the entire day. No one to open the gate at the garage. So i have to go down the car and open the gate for myself. The food is not good for it's price as well. I got a deluxe "loft" with three single beds, but when we checked in, there were only two single beds and a double mattress at the "loft". There was an electric fan in the "loft"of an air-conditioned room, signifying that the air con was not strong enough to reach the loft. It was also too low for anyone to stand. Totally disappointed!! Even if they changed our room (after much complaining), I still felt ripped off since the room I booked was not as described at hotels.com.
