Newly converted for Summer 2021\. Refurbished and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the same courtyard as the ever popular Primrose and Bluebell Cottages. Situated between the villages of Towton and Barkston Ash. This single storey cottage is a wonderful holiday home and an ideal spot from which to explore the North Yorkshire area and beyond. With 2 bedrooms it comfortably sleeps 3 people and has a well equipped kitchen and living area. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. WIFI, TV and parking available. Well behaved dogs are accepted- please note this is a working farm and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times around the farm. Under no circumstances must pets be left unattended in the cottage. James et al were accomodating in every way and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage has a well equipped Kitchen with some essentials, and plenty of storage space throughout. A handy welcome booklet, some local attraction leaflets and local OS map are supplied which came on very useful when thinking up of ideas to entertain our young kids. Harrogate/Knaresborough are worth an explore and only an easy 30 minutes drive, and we were closer to York than initially thought. A lovely stay, would highly recommend. ##### Sarah R. Toni welcomed us warmly making on our arrival easy. The unit was newly renovated and very comfortable. It is in a lovely quiet area close to several Lake Area villages, a grocery store and local pub where we had lunch. Beautiful throughout and a fantastic location. We explored York, Whitby and Robins Hood Bay over the weekend.
