While the room itself was clean and comfortable enough, the residents at the motel were awful. There were people yelling loudly next door to us. We stayed for an hour and then checked out. I wanted to spend less on accommodations, but I didn’t anticipate how unrestful it would be.

The room was excellent. Clean, fast availability, convenient location and adequate parking area. It smelled clean, looked clean and we were very pleased as soon as we entered our room. Plenty of hot water. The only downside was that the a/c/heater unit wouldn't even turn on.

Lots of places to eat within walking distance, a few blocks from the on ramp to the freeway. We came for a concert at the Tacoma dome and it was only an 8 minute drive away. The sheets and shower curtain were clean but the front door had trouble locking. I reserved a 2 bed a week prior and paid for and once arrived they only had a queen bed available or we would have to go on the older motel 6 side. Front office staff very friendly.

Pleasant stay for the weekend

We were there for a weekend. The room was ok and the staff was very courteous. This property is strategically located a minute walk to ihop and 5 minutes walk from many other food options. We would definitely return to this property.

Close to restaurants. Room was clean. Lots of homeless people and prostitutes. My room was broken into and I was assaulted and hit in the ear, which damaged my eardrum. Management said because I stayed they wouldn't refund me. I just wanted to go but didn't have enough money to go to another place cuz I would've lost what I paid already. NEVER stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room we stayed in was pretty nice and clean but they had construction going on like 10 feet from our room banging on the roof and building on the building plus did not know that there is a $50 deposit on the room.... But the front desk people are nice

It was pretty awsome. My children loved the studio room a bunch. Just don't cook bacon on the stove not enough ventilation it set off the alarm......oops

Exceeded expectations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the property is good. The room i was in appeared to have been updated in the last few years. One criticism is providing only two relatively small bath towels. I would definitely stay here again.

Late late night there's very loud music playing in cars in the parking lot. I heard it twice within a weeks stay. Aside from that. Its a really good place to stay for work while in Tacoma

The area isnt the best, but the facility makes uo for it. The staff eas very kind and accommodating . The rooms are spirless. Housekeeping was vert respectful. It was perfect for my business trip, i like to cook for myself while gone from home for work. Having a kitchenette was perfect and all the appliances worked with no issues.

It was a nice room and my server was good. They failed to mention that you pay the $50 deposit that they return in 48hrs but though they haven’t retired mine to my account hopefully it will come back. Good stay though. Breakfast advertised is just a cup of coffee though.
