Your accommodations are on the first floor of the villa, featuring a spacious furnished terrace with breathtaking views, private entrance, and complete privacy.
The pool in the garden is for guests’ exclusive use.
On the first floor is the living quarters that may be occupied by the owners, who are discreet and welcoming and available if needed, while fully respecting your privacy.
Access to the villa, the parking area, and the garden are shared (if the owners are present).

The interiors are furnished with contemporary design elements and high-quality finishes.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook and feel at home (including, of course, cleaning supplies, sponges, salt, oil, coffee, cookware, and utensils...)

In the house, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, an iron, cleaning supplies, and everything you need for the barbecue.

KIDS ON VACATION
Little travelers deserve comfort and fun! They’ll find special amenities just for them both inside the house and in the garden.
Inside the house, you’ll find toys in the bedroom, a travel crib with sheets, and a high chair—please request these when you book. If you have any other requests, I’m here to help.

4 PAWS
If you’re bringing a dog or cat with you, you’ll find bowls for food and kibble.
Only small dogs are allowed

I know how important it is for you to be independent and find everything you need quickly, which is why you’ll find a guest book in the house.

A valid ID will be required at check-in for registration.
Payment of the tourist tax will be required at check-in. The tourist tax is a municipal tax, calculated per person per night, and amounts to 4% of the cost of the overnight stay—including any breakfast—net of VAT and any additional services, with a maximum limit of €5.00 per person.

The tourist tax applies for up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights.

Formula for calculating the tourist tax per overnight stay per guest:
(Cost of the room or lodging / number of guests) * 4%, with a maximum limit of €5.00.

Children under 14 and other categories are exempt from payment; you can consult the Syracuse municipal website for details.

Dogs:
Four-legged guests are welcome, subject to acceptance of the rules.
Only small dogs are allowed (max 10 kg). A security deposit and an additional fee are required.
Pool: To maintain optimal temperatures, we recommend covering the pool with the provided tarp in the evening. From November through April, an additional fee is required for pool heating.
