### Cottage in the farm Farm Land and Freedom

Set in a beautiful scenic area, two hundred meters above sea level overlooking the great harbor of Syracuse and Ortigia island, the villa is located inside a property that houses a rich animal farm and a farm.   
The house has two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with all amenities, living room with TV, a patio for outdoor dining. You Can 'comfortably accommodate four to six people. Guests can take advantage of the services offered: outdoor pool, sundeck, gazebo, tennis court, png-pong, table football, playground and mountain bikes. Heating and air conditioning in all rooms. Free wifi with a stick.  
Just 10 km from Siracusa, 30 km from Noto and 6 km from Cava grande del Cassibile. Nearest beach resorts are Fontanebianche arenella and only 10 km.
