The high quality renovated apartment is on the 2nd Floor of the 6-storey apartment block. Through the main entrance you can take the elevator to the apartment. In the basement you will find the garbage collection room (with garbage chute from each floor) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (with coin operated machines) for shared use. There is a parking space for bicycles in the underground garage. There is no parking space. We recommend the Brandenburg Beach, located at the Syltness Center, for a fee. Central and extremely close to the beach, barrier-free and quiet 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, suitable for allergy sufferers, only 230 m from the Westerland spa promenade, about 150 m to the Sylter Welle. 2-room apartment: You can reach the apartment barrier-free via the elevator, open the door and immediately experience a friendly feel-good atmosphere.
