House Section B – Kaminstube is a lavishly and modernly furnished vacation home with a thatched roof in Keitum. Two bedrooms and bathrooms provide ample comfort for up to four guests. A sauna, along with modern amenities, are among the highlights of this beautiful home.

The living room features a cozy seating area, brightened by beautiful color accents. The living area also includes a dining nook and an open fireplace, which adds a special touch of coziness. The room is heated by underfloor heating. A Smart TV is available, as well as a Blu-ray player and a docking station for iPod, iPhone, and iPad, ensuring the property is equipped with the latest technology. The large windows are fitted with insect-proof roller blinds.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a dishwasher, stove, oven, a large refrigerator, and numerous other amenities such as a microwave and a blender. Dishes and dish towels are provided, as is the choice between a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker. A small dining area in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast. Light-colored cabinet fronts and tiles highlight the room’s modern design.

Both bedrooms in the apartment are equipped with additional TVs. The upstairs bedroom features a safe. The large double beds (200x200 cm) ensure exceptional sleeping comfort. Wardrobes provide additional storage space.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lower bathroom, featuring a shower and double sink, is equipped with towels as well as a towel warmer. Underfloor heating ensures exceptional comfort.

Situated in a prime location in the center of Keitum, the accommodations are in close proximity to both shops and recreational activities such as a riding stable and a bike rental shop. Of course, the most beautiful village on Sylt also boasts a sufficient number of restaurants. The beach is just three kilometers away, but the nearest body of water is only 500 meters from the vacation home. Shopping facilities are also located at the same distance.
