The sofa can be converted in a few simple steps into an additional sleeping space for 2 people. The not directly accessible open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob & fridge is functional and comfortable. The south-facing balcony offers a box seat with beach chair with dune view. The bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe ?. The bathroom is bright tiled and equipped with shower, toilet and sink. A parking space is at your disposal in front of the house. Pets are not allowed! The apartment is a Non smoking apartment! However may like to be smoked on the balcony. Wir würden nicht immer wieder auf diese Wohnung zurück kommen, wenn es nicht passt. Preis ist für Sylt/Westerland okay. Da wir schon viele Jahre kommen, sehen wir auch Verschleiß, die Couchgarnitur hat schon bessere Jahre gesehen! Familie Becker hat sicher etwas für solche Ausgaben zurück gelegt??? !!
