Staff were great. Don’t use the washing machine, it sounds like a helicopter, I even had my neighbours on my floor knock on the door from its noise. Apartment is clean, but dated. We had no hot water for the shower, staff were efficient to rectify the issue. Do recommend especially if you don’t want premium prices

This was my second stay at Nesuto for the NRL Grand Final, after a great experience in 2024. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing in comparison. My studio room was outdated, dark, cold and uninviting, with only a sheet and thin blanket and a view of the motorway. Kitchenware is outdated also. As a solo female traveller, the room also felt quite isolated. I was next to a noisy guest who regularly blasted music in the mornings—something I’ve never experienced despite staying in hotels around the world. Reception service was inconsistent and at times unwelcoming. A friendly smile and warm welcome can make a huge difference. On a very positive note, Saroj and Heidi at reception were wonderful. Saroj kindly arranged a late checkout and luggage storage before my flight, while Heidi was incredibly warm and helpful on the day I left. Both provided excellent customer service and deserve recognition. Overall, my 2024 stay was much better. The rooms and customer service need improvement, but Saroj and Heidi were definitely the highlights of this visit.
