Staff are very friendly. Also, I stayed at this hotel many times before. I noticed that the shampoo, conditioner and body soap are totally empty - nobody seems to be refilling the bottles. This has happened on three occasions now. The room had a strong, unpleasant odour upon arrival, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly and seemed to be producing heat instead of cooling. As a result, I was freezing throughout my stay and could not rest comfortably. The hotel bar and pokies area are quite good, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for accommodation. The bathrooms are shared, but that wasn’t clearly mentioned during booking. The male bathroom didn’t even have a proper shower tap, which was very inconvenient. The toilets smelled bad and were quite unhygienic, and there were no bins in the ladies’ bathroom. The bed was simply two smaller beds pushed together with 2 mattresses and to make one large bed i had to fix whole night moving bed separating from each other which was uncomfortable to sleep i am having my back pain. The blankets had a strong, unpleasant smell honestly, it was awful. For $100 a night, this is far too expensive for what you get. I reported to the staff when I checked in on that day. Due to the late evening, she could only get it fixesd in the morning.
