Its a nice hotel, I had a room in the new tower on city side, on arriving for a fee of $50 a night I was able to move across to a sea view room, which was nice. Staff are very helpful.

From arrival to departure, the staff was so very friendly and helpful. The amenities were fresh and clean, our room with a balcony facing the harbour was fabulous. We will continue to return to Hyatt Regency for our weekend’s away from home. Highly Recommended!
