The hotel was well placed for us, and breakfast was superb! Rooms and lobbies were clean and tidy. We were slightly disappointed with a few things in our room - we paid for the High Country Suite which was supposed to have an enhanced mini bar but didn’t (and despite asking never got a response), the hook on the door to the outdoor area was broken so couldn’t be held open, the rug had a lot of stains on it. Not a huge issue at all but when upgrading to the best suite was slightly disappointing.

The location was great. It was a 15 minute walk to the Town Hall, and only a five minute walk to the train. The hotel was overall clean but we had a room with large stains on the area rug and the couch was old and dirty. The air conditioner would not work either. When we spoke to the staff at the front desk, there was no effort to have it checked out. It was miserably hot in the room.

What a hidden gem this is! Fantastic location near Darling Harbour, great bar and tapas and our room was perfect! Quirky vibe and great atmosphere, staff were amazing so I would highly recommend!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to the CBD and all the CBD attractions. Restaurant serves excellent tapas. Staff friendly and accommodating. Road noise was quiet even though we were close to the street/motorway due to double-window system. Their 15sqm sized room is WAY TOO small for a couple. Ideal for one person only.

Beautiful quiet rooms with character. Immaculately presented. Great water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and 24 hour room service available.
