Came here to watch Lion King in July, the theatre was just next door. A lot of food choices down george street, the light rail just a few meters down as well. Convenience and comfort considering how busy the area gets and lovely staff for the night shift.

Perfect location for food and buses. Rooms are clean and modern. Only the sink is too small for brushing teeth or washing hands. Secondly, why no receptionist on the ground floor? I don’t get it

Property was in a great location near station & Chinatown & light rail. A very pleasant stay, the only one issue was there was only one lift for the building which had sometimes made it a little bit slower but otherwise was great.

The hotel itself was accessible with the Chinatown Light Rail right outside. Metro was a 10 minute walk. No shortage of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Area felt safe and was lively.

The location was ideal. A stones throw from the Chinatown light rail stop making it easy to explore Sydney. My room was clean and comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the light breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is very convenient (close to the Chinatown tram and Central Station), and the rooms are small but quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The room was reasonably clean. Although I understand breakfast only starts at 7, it would be nice if black coffee were available earlier! This is great for solo travelers or couples (but not so much for families). Regardless, I would stay there again.

Good check in and room was small but comfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times but found this occasion a little underwhelming. Other than checkin, I found the staff a little cold. I also phoned and lodged a request on their QR code for my room service tray to be collected..2 days later it was still there…just a little underwhelming.

Great location, friendly staff, small but well appointed room. Unfortunately the lift had broken down for a day and the room wasn’t cleaned the staff were very apologetic and sorted things out quickly.. we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Thanks.
