The room and common areas were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property is in need of significant maintenance. The toilet rocked on the tile floor. The faucet handle on the shower wasn't secured. Just basic stuff that needed tending. On the plus side, the staff was trying so hard to make guests happy, once they know about what needs to be done, maybe it will happen. Breakfast was actually very good.
