Unwind on the spacious deck off the kitchen, or take a short walk to the beach for some fresh air.   • Cozy 2 story single family house on stilts, plenty of parking and room under the house for parking and outdoor living. Large open floor plan with lots of natural light uniting the kitchen dining area and living room, French doors opening out to large deck off the kitchen . There is breakfast counter with barstools, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer on main floor. One Bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor and other 2 bedrooms and full baths upstairs . The living room has 2 pull out sofas, TV in all resting rooms so you can be entertained if you wish to be or sit back and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Short walk to the beach, couple blocks from restaurants and many play-grounds. 10 minutes drive to Market Commons, Myrtle Beach, airport, golf courses, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and shopping.

What a great property and only a block to the beach! Beds were super comfortable, which is such a perk when away from home. MJ was super communicative anytime we had a question. Loved sitting out on the huge deck sipping coffee and listening to the birds in the morning. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely be back!

Love it!

We come with our dogs and have family vacationing there too. This is a great spot, close to beach and restaurants! We love to take the dogs to the beach and then dinner at one of the restaurants.

It’s a wonderful life

We enjoyed our stay at It’s a Wonderful Life. The house is so cute and we loved the Christmas decorations! Great location and very nice area. Our fur babies loved it too! This was our first time at Surfside Beach and we will definitely be back!
