Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6) Enjoy a beach vacation with all the comforts of home plus a few special extras. Hardwood and marble tile floors, granite countertops, furniture, appliances, artwork and a 42'' flatscreen TV. The townhome has two levels with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The unit has a half bath on the first level. Both bedrooms have queen beds plus there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The townhome shares the pool area with three other units and is steps to the beach - see the picture, below, which was taken from the property and shows the beach access. There are two decks off of the main floor - one overlooking the pool and one looking towards the beach. Just two blocks from Surfside Drive, walk to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, dog park, public tennis courts and playground. We are dog friendly with a $75 pet fee. Nice little drive into Myrtle Beach, and the slightly slower pace and less crowded beach at Surfside was awesome. Beach stuff, including towels was included for our four minute walk to the beach. We brought our little dog, and the owners had bowls and a ball ready for our four-footed friend. Beds were comfy, AC was great, and location was perfect. The host keeps in contract with you to make sure everything is ok and check in is smooth. He text to let know we might not be able to get ahold of him the day of check in but gave a number to contact if we needed.
