We have a wonderful convenient three bedroom, two bath condominium. It is the one of the nicest section of beautiful Surfside Beach, South Carolina! We would love to share it with you! Updates are done often!

Our smoke-free condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with OCEANFRONT POOL. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets or student groups.
Fresh & clean condo! Your week will not only be fun, but updated as well. It is important to stay in a condominium that makes you feel good. Vacations are suppose be to be nice. Come enjoy the convenient first floor location in this beautiful condo! We want to make your vacation the best that it can be.

Master bedroom - King bed
Second bedroom - Queen bed new
Third bedroom - Bunk Bed (New Double Bed, Single Bed)
**Please note that the third bedroom is small, but it is perfect for children
In the kitchen I provide oven mitts, coffee maker/Keurig, toaster & kitchen rug.
Towels/sheets are provided for the number of guest you register. Bath mat's for the tub and bath rugs are included. I keep cleaning supplies, but you will need to bring all other paper products, detergents, soaps, and all personal items.
Please note that you will need to read & confirm you have read these instructions, so that you will have a happy landing, without any hiccups!

We had such an amazing week at this immaculate condo cozy and stylish condo! The host Melinda thought of every detail for a no fuss vacation! Literally steps from beach! Morning coffee on the porch and wine at night all while watching the ocean! We will definitely be back for another visit !

The condo was right on the beach with a great view of the seabirds and dolphins. Furnishings and linens were clean and comfortable. We stayed at two different condos belonging to the same owner who was responsive to our questions and couldn’t have been nicer.

We enjoyed all the condo had to offer. Melinda has anticipated all of her guests needs. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, and we enjoyed using the grills down by the pool. All the beds were very comfortable, which is a huge deal for our family. The living room had plenty of seating so we could enjoy relaxing together as a family. The porch was wonderful for all day relaxing soaking up the sun on chilly winter days. Loved the easy access to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

This was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is beautiful, cozy, and in a great location! Melinda was very responsive to any questions we had and checked in with us during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The home is decorated beautifully, the furniture is extremely comfortable, and the ocean views are absolutely breathtaking! The property was beautiful and clean and perfect for my family of 5. Check in and check out were super easy. The location is perfect!! The neighbors were quiet and respectful. The kitchen had all the essentials and then some. And most importantly, you can beat the view from the balcony. The private beach access was so convenient. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. Although its shared with the other occupants, we had plently of times with the pool all to ourselves and it never seemed over crowded. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Surfside.

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was perfect. We’ve been to many beaches, been on many trips, and this one far exceeded all expectations. Everything was clean, well furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The town and building are quiet and was absolutely the perfect get away for my family. Not one complaint. We had a wonderful week filled with great weather, amazing views, and lots of beach time! The property was clean and comfortable. Its location is fantastic! Right on the beach

The condo is well maintained and nice decor. We loved the convenience of getting to and from the beach from the first floor stairs and walk way. Easy walk to restaurants and pier.
