Surfside Beach, SC: Our beaches are wide & clean with plenty of open space. Cielo Vista's views are phenomenal without obstruction; sunrise, moonrise, dolphin watching & even rain storm enjoyment is all here. The all new, updated large glass doors & windows with personal, somewhat secluded balcony, create your own private observation space. Enjoy your coffee, tea, juice or martini (a little dirty, a little dry, shaken not stirred) in peace.

I have been with VRBO for 18+ years (when VRBO was truly Vacation Rentals By Owner) and dealt with my guests personally - I prefer it. (I have a 5BR home across the street, VRBO #315736). Crazy industry changes make it difficult to ensure you are getting a quality vacation home & I am hosting responsible adults - so inquire 1st. Don't let this site pressure you, ask me questions.

Now, a little about my lovely 2BR, elegantly designed home for the upscale traveling adult; this home is designed for those looking to relax without the responsibility of parenting.
A freshly renovated, lovely 2 Bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront in the desirable north end of Surfside Beach, where density is low & permanent homes are refined and posh. The building hosts only 14 flats with no children in residence. Please note: this is a NO-SMOKING property. One no-shed, hypoallergenic canine, less 20lbs is welcome with prior consent. We are a 3rd floor walk-up flat.

My everyday, pay-the-bills job is Lexington Property Management of Greenwich NY. You can find me working most days, reach out if you prefer to chat in person. Just ask for Penny ;-)

It was a great week, the condo was perfect (just wish there was an elevator) but other than that everything was great. Best sleep we have had in a long time. The area was beautiful and close to everything. We loved the pool area very private. If you’re looking for a great place to stay we highly recommend this condo. Penny was great to communicate with. Always easy to reach if needed. We will def be back.

This property is stunning and being right on the beach is the perfect location!! We loved everything about it. Morning walks on the beach and afternoons spent on the beach were both very enjoyable. The property manager made sure that our stay was nice, too. We definitely plan to return!!

Beautiful Condo

The property was lovely and so comfortable. You could tell that Penny had paid attention to details that made the stay all the more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed having a TV provider that gave us seamless access to NCAA basketball games. The view is spectacular and worth the 3 story climb but needs to be considered if anyone has difficulty with stairs.

Step up to comfort

Ocean front condo had everything you could want for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen was fully functional and well supplied with any gadget you might require. We love coming to stay here! This was our second time staying here, 1st was after we got married and this time was for our 5 year anniversary. Penny is amazing, she was always quick to respond and gave us some great food recommendations. Property great as well, very clean, up to date, and kitchen was stocked, and the view of course is to die for!

Everything about this place was amazing. When they say on the beach it is true and so was everything else they said. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. The owner never took more than 10 minutes to get back to me with any questions. Wonderful to work with.

Baseball and the Beach

We came to Surfside to enjoy the beach in between baseball games at Ripken. This 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was the perfect size with large washer/dryer in a separate room, dining table, family room, kitchen and balcony. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We cooked several times and were pleased with how well equipped the kitchen was. I would love it if we could have a place this nice every time we travel! And, I would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay

One of the most well equipped and clean places I have ever stayed. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and well stocked. The only slight drawback was that it was on the third floor and we are in our 80's so it was a bit much. On the other hand our son and his wife are only in their fifties so they helped carry things. Home Again

As a teen went to Surfside Beach 2-3 times a year. Parents owned a home there. So happy to see the beaches as pristine as then. First return in 20 years. We will be back very soon!
