Spacious modern 4 bedroom home with mineral pool in beautiful Dicky Beach. 350m to both Moffat and Dicky Beach and their cafes and restaurants. Lovely short stroll to the beach along the walking path with no roads to cross, great for your children and pet. Nearby shops (IGA, Foodworkz, Bottle shop, chemist, butcher) short stroll. Outdoor Bali hut and BBQ area. The home has a private pool, 2 large lounge rooms, a very large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets on two levels. Linen is included. Free wifi and Netflix. Close to busses. Bus can take you to Sunshine Coast Turf Club. 2 minute drive to Caloundra Golf Club. Fish across the road or Kayak to the beach in Tooway Lake. There is one kings size bed, one queen, one double and two single beds. A good size with an upstairs and downstairs lounge area. It’s hot though, with only ceiling fans which seemed to lack power/speed. January is hot and muggy so unless air conditioning installed I wouldn’t recommend it. None of us slept well at night because it was so unpleasant. Quite a few of the windows don’t have awnings either so windows have to be closed when it rains which adds to the overall pressure cooker feel of the house. It would be lovely in winter. The location is great, just a really short walk to Moffat beach and Dicky beach. ##### Jane A.
