This absolute beachfront apartment is located in the Rolling Surf Resort at Kings Beach, boasting direct beach access with no roads to cross + a good ocean and shipping lane view.  
  
This a spacious and modern apartment with everything you need for your next holiday  
  
Everything is within a few minutes walk to the resort including a choice of waterfront restaurants & cafes (directly below the complex overlooking the beach), childrens playgrounds including the interactive water fountains, tidal pool, Kings Beach Surf Club plus access to Caloundras stunning walk-ways which ajoin to the surrounding beaches.  
  
Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
