A seamless and sophisticated three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment which is elevated high in Sunshine Beach. Enjoying stunning ocean views that will leave you breathless from the large balcony and living area, you will not want to leave. It’s the ideal set-up for a catchup with good friends. Perfect for two couples, but can also sleep 6. The tranquil décor and queen beds in the master and bedroom 2, immediately have you in relax mode. The 3rd bedroom has a multitude of functions with a desk and monitor for those still working whilst on holiday, but also houses a “divano” 2 seat sofa, a chic choice for this room. This easily switches from a two-seater sofa, a king size bed, a pair of single beds or two swivel chairs, just let us know which option will suit you and your stay, please note if you choose the bed/s option it is low to the ground.
Ocean Viewpoint is one of only three apartments in the complex, in a fantastic location and only a short stroll from Sunshine Beach Village with its array of cafes and restaurants, Sunshine Beach Surf Club and the beach itself.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc (a starter pack to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.
