With modern comforts and coastal charm, it’s the ideal spot to slow down and explore this coastal gem. The Space: Step inside and feel instantly at ease. This well-appointed flat offers a breezy, open-plan layout with a cosy lounge, comfy corner sofa, and Smart TV for quiet evenings in. The dining table sits beside large windows, perfect for morning cuppas with a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and condiments are all provided to get you started. But the standout? The rooftop terrace. With far-reaching ocean views, outdoor seating, and a BBQ area, it’s the ideal spot to watch the waves roll in or enjoy a laid-back alfresco meal. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully styled for a restful stay, each offering a queen-size bed with crisp, hotel-quality linen, soft lighting and charming coastal touches, and blackout blinds to ensure a good night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and mirrored cabinet, while a washing machine and dryer are available for guest use—handy for longer holidays. Garage parking is available for one car. Guest Access: Please note: There are stairs required to access the apartment, and there is no lift. The Neighborhood: Fantastic Location – Just moments from the beach, local restaurants, and right in the heart of Caloundra. The popular Sunday markets on Bulcock Street are only a minute’s walk from the apartment, with many other attractions just a short drive away. Getting Around: Public Transport Local bus services (routes 600, 605, and 607) are easily accessible, making it simple to get around the area. A secure taxi rank operates in Caloundra on Friday and Saturday nights from 11pm to 5am, located on the corner of Minchinton Street and Bulcock Street. Exit out of garage is an issue. You cannot get out with a fob inside the garage . You have to run outside garage and fob outside then run inside garage to get in car before gate closes. The sensor does not pickup your car if it starts closing only a person. So then if you don’t make it you then have to get out of your car and walk thru while garage door is closing to make it open again. A bit hard if it’s only one person , you need two to make it work.
