Enjoy easy access to cafés, shops, and local attractions. This cosy, well-equipped apartment is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway or adventure on the Sunshine Coast. Ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location. PROPERTY DETAILS Our apartment is located in the Centaur Place complex in central Caloundra. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and a short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Parking: The apartment includes secure ground floor parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit. Additional street parking is available, but it can get quite busy. Air Conditioning: The main living area of the apartment is air-conditioned. The unit also has the ability to cool the bedrooms as well, but both are also equipped with ceiling fans. Stylishly decorated throughout, the apartment has a light, airy atmosphere. Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with: Cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and coffee machine. It’s ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish. Dining and Patio: The dining table seats three. There is a lovely patio off the lounge room with additional seating for 2. Location: When we say this apartment is in a wonderful location, we mean it: 5mins to Happy Valley Beach Park Less than a minute to Caloundra CBD 3mins to Bulcock Beach 5 mins to Kings Beach 5 mins to Kings Beach Amphitheatre Cleaning and Starter Amenities: To keep cleaning costs minimal, we provide the following ""start-up"" items: Tea, coffee, milk 3-in-1 body wash and hair 2 rolls of toilet paper Guests are required to purchase their own after these initial supplies run out. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels, etc. All linen is provided, and it is Premium Linen Service.
