This one bedroom, one Bathroom penthouse apartment is located across the road from beautiful Marcoola Beach, & Marcoola Surf Club. It boasts a private rooftop terrace, with panoramic ocean views, outdoor furniture, & a fantastic spa!
The bedroom has a queen size bed.
There is a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The lounge area boasts a 75” Tv with fantastic views for you to enjoy. Private bathroom, with separate toilet & laundry.
It is just a 5 minute drive to the Sunshine Coast Airport. Located across the street from Marcoola Beach & the Marcoola Surf club. Located close to Marcoola’ s Friday Night Food Markets, 15 minutes to Coolum Beach & 15 minutes to Maroochydoren. 30 mins to Noosa & Caloundra .
