  • "Set Sail" is a Professionally decorated MAIN FLOOR condo in the highly desirable Sea Trail resort. Guests rave about our comfy beds with tempurpedic mattress toppers and premium linens. Step out onto the huge screened in porch - from the living room and the bedroom- with two wonderful arm chairs and a bistro dining set. A fully equipped kitchen and a full sized washer and dryer offer the conveniences of home.

    Just step from the beautiful pool complex, tennis/pickleball courts and near the Sea Trail South entrance which means you can walk to shops and Sunset Beach waterfront park and be on the beach in minutes. Only one mile to the beach and includes a pass for the private Sea Trail beach parking lot.

    It is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, on the golf course or exploring the Brunswick Islands. With a fully stocked kitchen, you have everything you need to cook a meal or take advantage one of the many delicious restaurants just minutes away. The living room is the perfect place to kick up your feet and relax with a new TV with HuluLive, Netflix and more. Guests rave about our comfy beds with tempurpedic mattress toppers and premium linens. Step out onto the huge screened in porch - from the living room and the bedroom- with two wonderful arm chairs and a bistro dining set. A full sized washer and dryer and place to wash off the sand just outside the front door offer the conveniences of home. Parking is directly in front of the villa.

    Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with two beautiful pool complexes, walking and biking trails steps from the screened porch and award-winning golf! Private beach parking included!This year we offer two bikes, beach chairs and umbrella so our guests don't have the additional cost of equipment rental. There are plenty of recreational opportunities available such as award-winning golf, tennis and pickle ball. Or, head over to the dock at the ICW or the beachfront pier for fishing. Sea Trail now has wonderful new restaurants: Bistro 55, Sunset Slice Pizza and Sunset Prime Steakhouse.

    Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and views of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream.

Comfortable with great location

We had an amazing time in this rental. It rained every day we were there but the villa was so comfortable and conveniently located to the indoor pool that we weren't deterred by the rain!

We loved our mother/daughter trip here. Owners were very responsive and helpful in answering any questions. Love that chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided. The condo was neat and clean and beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Beautifully decorated condo and so clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. Owners were extremely responsive from the booking process through check-out. We ended up adding a few days at the end of our stay! Perfect location for a quiet stress free vacation.

Great place for two of us: comfortable (especially the beds!), excellent location with proximity to beach, local restaurants, and Sea Trail activities. Would like more bathing suit and beach towel drying area, directions for operating TV, and directions to Sea Trail parking lot at Sunset Beach. We will probably return!

Beach Getaway

We've stayed at Sunset Beach for several years but this was our first time at Sea Trail. The condo was very updated and clean. There were just two of us this trip so the smaller condo worked perfectly. The pool was just across the street from us and the beach was a very short drive. The owners were very nice and helpful. We had a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The beds were very comfortable and made up with nice linens (which is a huge bonus not having to pack those!) The nice, fluffy bath towels were also provided. The location of this cozy condo is very convenient to the beach, just a short drive over the bridge. The owner, Carly, was very responsive. Our family had a great week and we are already counting down the days until we can come back!

For 2 people it was fine. The layout was roomy. The unit was very clean. Disappointed that the bedroom did not have a tv. 1st floor was a plus! The bed and bedding was comfortable. I would consider going back and use this location again.

Sea Trail, Clubhouse Road villa

This is a nicely decorated, clean, comfortable 1st floor villa. The property managers are easy to work with, and were always very quick to respond. Our only complaint was we did not receive timely info from VRBO on the check-in process. Once the property manager was able to resolve this problem, our stay was very enjoyable.

Better than Home

Arriving at the condo from a chaotic day of canceled flights and frustrating travel made the inconveniences of the day fade away. Check in was seemless and settling in was a breeze. Communicating with Carly was great. She got back to us immediately and offered tips and suggestions along the way.Absolutely THE best beds! Never have had such good night's sleep. The entire condo decor's beach theme highlighted our fun memories made with family at the ocean on Sunset Beach (literally minutes up the road) when we returned each evening. Everything and anything we needed was only a few minutes away; shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, dollar stores, you name it!Loved the kitchen...perfectly equipped for quick meals between events. Relaxing on the screened-in porch with morning coffee was a favorite way to start our day and a quick dip in the beautiful pool across the street cooled us down after an evening stroll around the tree-lined neighborhood.Having a washer & dryer in the unit meant we were able to pack light and not have laundry to do after our trip was over.Really appreciated having the beach chairs and umbrella for lounging like rock stars all day at the ocean.We had everything that made this absolutely the best family trip...only it went by too fast. We WILL book one of Michael and Carly's units for future trips.

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay

The apartment is well laid out for a small space. Full size appliances in the kitchen were welcomed. The location was perfect for accessing the beach area. Don't miss the short drive for a spectacular sunset. We had a lovely stay in the off season and were sorry we couldn't use the nice, screened porch (too chilly).
