We had to ask after being there for 3 full days (going on 4) for housekeeping to come in and change bedding and give more towels. Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm. I didn’t expect much from a continental breakfast but the eggs were very powdery.

Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless.
The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service.
The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back next year.

This was a quick family getaway for some sun, great food and a little luxury. We found it all here and loved our stay.
Beautiful space, luxurious without being pretentious. We found our room and the main areas to be well-maintained and clean. The pools are immaculate and well-attended.
Food was awesome. Dinner at Bourbon Steak was unreal. It's a high-end steakhouse with more depth to the menu than a steakhouse normally has. And who doesn't love amazing cocktails??? Our meal was made even better by some of the best service I've enjoyed in any restaurant. Our man Milan was amazing, friendly and could teach a masterclass in sales and customer service.
I also wanted to mention Gabriela who handled our check-in with all of the warmth and professionalism that you want when you arrive for your vacation.
Highly recommended for families, couples or a getaway with friends.

Flooring/carpeting in room was dirty. They need a good shampooing and/or replaced. Pools were unsupervised, so obnoxious teenagers take over the hot tubs and typical families cannot enjoy their time.
