### Apartment in cultivation - apartments in the red house

Apartment in the annex:  
The apartment is 45m² and is located on the ground floor in the extension of the house and has a separate entrance. It is cozy and modern. The apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower / wc. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200, separate mattresses). From the living room you have a view to the water and across the fields. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The garden and sitting area with barbecue can be shared. Sheets and towels are included in the price. In this apartment stream (also electric heating) charged on the spot according to consumption (25ct per kWh).  
  
The two 45m² and 80m² apartments are located in Stahlbrode. The large apartment is on the top floor of the main house with a thatched roof and a small apartment in cultivation. Both apartments offer a view of the water. The garden and sitting area with barbecue can be shared. A car parking space outside the house is available. Freitzeitmöglichkeiten: cycling, boating, hiking, fishing, rollerblading, swimming, the flat sandy beach with the adjoining lawn is only 450m away from the apartment. Location: Stahlbrode is an old fishing village in the heart of Western Pomerania. In the village you can buy freshly caught daily and smoked fish. From the fine cuisine in the restaurant at the harbor, you are spoiled. The Landwerthof offers to organic products. Buns, newspapers and magazines are in the kiosk at the harbor. In 3km remote location Reinberg see: Supermarket, Doctor, Dentist, two garages, hairdresser, beauty parlor and physiotherapy. By ferry you directly to the largest and most beautiful island in Germany, the island Rügen. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsundladen with their sights to visit and are in 30 minutes. reachable. Bicycles can be placed with the landlord.  
  
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

#### Super Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und man findet hier alles, was man im Urlaubt braucht. Wir haben gern auch den gepflegten Garten genosssen. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt - wir sind viel gewandert (Halbinsel Devin, Insel Koos und Rügen...). Die Gastgeber sind SEHR nett. Vielen Dank !!!
