The holiday house Titz am Kesselbach is located at the foot of the Arnsberg forest directly on the hiking trail. The beautiful, secluded location on a property with a large orchard and playground, stream playground for children, garden and screened terrace is ideal for families and groups of up to 10 people. A bicycle storage facility is available for mountain bikers. Barbecue and campfire places invite you to romantic hours in summer. Erholsame Tage im ländlichen Sauerland

Das idyllische Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Garten war wunderschön, es gibt auch einen Yogaraum, alles Notwendige war vorhanden; es liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen; Vieles kann unternommen werden, allein die StauSeen sind ein schönes Ausflugsziel. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Alles in allem ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

Mit Liebe und Sorgfalt gepflegtes altes Haus, mit Charme und allem was es braucht (bis auf eine Mikrowelle). Wir haben uns alle wohl gefühlt und schöne Stunden darin verbracht. Die Gegend ist ebenso verwunschen und reizvoll. Man ist aber auch schnell in den Touristenhotspots. P.S.: für die Check-In-Info anrufen. Vielen Dank Frau Titz!

Wochenendausflug mit der Familie

Wir hatten vier schöne Tage in der Wohnung. Mein 1,5-jähriger Sohn war vom Duplo begeistert. Wir haben kleine Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer wohlgefühlt. Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen, sieht aber sehr vielversprechend aus. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt und auch sonst lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen.

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Huis staat in een rustige omgeving met mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes en wandelingen. De tuin was geweldig.

Empfehlenswerte Familienunterkunft

Sehr netter Empfang der Gastgeberin, nachdem sie uns vorher bereits telefonisch kontaktiert hatte. Sehr schönes Haus, alles sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Für Kinder sehr geeignet und für Joga o.ä. ist ein gut ausgestatteter Raum vorhanden. Die Aussenanlage sagte unseren Kindern besonders zu. Möglichkeiten zur Freizeigestaltung für Jung und Alt sind in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. Alles in allem, wir genossen die Woche.

7 Frauen und 1 Hund haben 3 sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus Titz verbracht. Die liebevolle Einrichtung und die Lage des Hauses direkt sn den Wanderwegen ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und 3 Hunden in dem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, besonders toll fanden wir den alten Ofen in der Küche.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet…

Allerdings muss ich sagen, das ich es pro Nacht für 400€ zu teuer finde, da es durchaus sehr einfach eingerichtet ist und die Umgebung nicht mehr das ist was es mal war…viele Baustellen auf den Wanderwegen… Ansonsten würde ich das Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war bereits sehr angenehm und durch einen Schlüsseltresor war bei der Anreise alles sehr unkompliziert. Uns erwartete ein schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Die Küche war mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass man auch für mehrere Personen gut zurecht gekommen ist. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss klein und kuschelig. Wir haben tolle Tage im wunderschönen Garten verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine tolles Wochenende mit der Familie. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt direkt im Grünen. Das Wetter war sehr schlecht aber das Haus bot für 7 Personen ausreichend Platz. Für 10 Personen wäre es mir bei dem Wetter zu eng gewesen.
