This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kiwi with our little family. The one bedroom suite was cozy but perfectly supplied with all the amenities we needed, and located right next to the pool, which our kids loved. The staff were the most helpful that we’ve had even at larger resorts we’ve been to. They tidied the room daily, provided clean pool towels daily, and assisted quickly when we had problems with the fridge. The location was also great- still walkable to the main strip and beach but quiet enough for kids. We would highly recommend this cute and refreshed hotel for a grand bend visit.

Grand Bend Beach, and it was the perfect getaway! The drive to the beach was short and convenient, while their place was tucked away in a peaceful, quiet location that made it so relaxing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean, and well kept. Katie and Jim were wonderful hosts—they were always quick to respond whenever we had a question and were incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. They truly wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable, which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Grand Bend!
