We needed a place to stay nearby my children's camp site. We only needed the hotel to sleep at night so we were not picky. But, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were considering it's a College dorm. Very clean, spacious, roomy and we slept so well! Thank you for offering such good value for the money. We will be back for sure, next year when the kid's camp will take place.

Clean college campus style room. Well stocked with towels. Nice to have a fridge. Nice, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Only thing I wish they had was a TV in the room. Other than that it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Old Hotel now a Dorm for the Local College. Few know this used to be a hotel. The place is very old, and everything is in bad shape. Beds are poor quality. The poor is very loud. The a/c works terrible. Only staff if the money savings are needed.

It should be made clear on Expedia that this property is a student residence during Lambton College classes & is rented out during the off season. It is not a hotel & therefore doesn't have the same amenities including no TV in the rooms!
