Staff was great. Location is fantastic with respect to proximity to dining options. My two greatest complaints are that the in-room wifi was absolutely horrible and the bed was NOISY!!!! I had to go out to McDonalds & Chick-Fil-A to get wifi that allowed me to work. Everytime I rolled over on the bed, I could hear the metal bedframe/springs squeaking & shifting.

Parking was right outside our door. Staff was very friendly. Room very clean. I must mention that it was very noisy outside, car doors slamming people talking, traffic near by. The bed was very comfortable

Our night check-in person was very helpful and polite, it went downhill from there. The room had clean sheets and towels. Grime on the walls and in the corners, dark spots on the ceiling. Some money spent on paint would go a long way. Breakfast.... Carbs and cereal, folgers coffee, not the coffee advertised on the dispenser. Person at the desk was more interested in being on the phone than cleaning the sparse dining area. I got the feeling the franchise owner was in it for what they could get out of it and damn everyone else. Must be owned by a politician.

I'm coming in Sumter for work and I always prefer to stay here. I've tried other hotels, but this remains my favorite. The staff, the rooms... everything it's better here... I highly recommend this place!

I've stayed here before. The last room I was in was in better shape than this most recent one. Rooms were clean. A/C was preset to a temp much warmer than I preferred. I may give this hotel one more try on my next visit to see if improvements have been made.
