A fisherman's delight, the dock is 35' in length and is equipped with dock posts, fish table, swim ladder and cleats. Downstairs under the open air breezeway offers lounge chairs for relaxing by the water's edge. Under the covered patio is a concrete table with benches for your outdoor enjoyment. Swim or fish right from the seawall. For your convenience we are providing you with access to the storage room to stow your fishing and diving equipment. The main living room is open and bright with high ceilings and is surrounded by windows and sliding glass door that leads to the covered porch for outdoor dining and to absorb those gorgeous tropical views. Kitchen offers full line of appliances with center island dining area. Living room features a spacious open floor plan with flat screen television, FREE in house wireless internet and sleeper sofa. We arrived easily, went up the stairs & looked out at an amazing view & tropical breezes. House is open concept & views from inside. Plenty of beach towels, big kitchen island, comfy beds. If there aren’t kayaks there (or you need an additional one…we needed a 2 person kayak with a 1 person), we reached out to KEYAKS & they delivered us a kayak (fishing kayaks & paddle boards too) an hour later!! & not too expensive. We kayaked every day. Caught fish. The community is so cute. You can easily rent a golf cart to get to & from the pool or community store. Short walk otherwise. Great spot if you have a boat!!
