Open plan kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining, lounge with 42" LCD TV, DVD, stereo, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Two bathrooms - main bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, separate w/c. Ceiling fans in the lounge/dining, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2, a pedestal fan is available for the bunk room. No washing machine - you can use the coin operated ones at the Caravan park. Gas BBQ, second fridge in the shed, table tennis table, fish cleaning facility. Shallow and deep water moorings. (please note- boat shown in pictures is not for guests use), please note the kayaks are no longer available at this property. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost. Had I actually read the blurb I would have identified that you have to bring ALL linen with. At this price point one doesnt even think that you need to provide linen. My fault completely because had I read the blurb I would have booked elsewhere!! Oh and dont forget to BYO toilet paper. If only staying a night or two you'll be fine, any longer though......Other than that, the place really is Bliss. You cant fault the location nor the added extras like kids toys and beach chairs.
