Elevator unkempt, inconsistent coverage of front desk, air conditioner in room was loud, bathroom tub was damaged, bathroom door sweep scraped the floor noisily, no streaming channels were available to sign in, and the bed had few pillows unlike other Hilton hotels. Cafeteria staff were excellent and the food selection was excellent.

Love this property. The staff was very kind and helpful. I had an event to attend and needed a early check in. While there wasn"t any available rooms for me she was kind enough to assign me a room so the chexk-in process was easy when I returned. That"s why its always Hilton for the stay!

This location is central to local eateries, and shopping outlets. The banquet and restaurant areas are the best part of this hotel. However, even with the renovations, the bathrooms are clearly not maintained. The shower tiles, caulking, and bolts required attention. The head of housekeeping needs to make sure the tiles have no black or rust stains in the bathroom (room 511), simple fixes for housekeeping and maintenance staff. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are terrible; bring a travel pillow. Upon checkout, only one elevator was working.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I traveled with my small dog, and it was wonderful to take her for walks along the riverfront. The staff was very friendly, and when I decided to extend my stay by one more night, the process was effortless. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
