Inside you will find a fireplace, comfy furniture, movie room, pool table, high speed Wi-Fi, board & outdoor games, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Can also be bought from Walmart or Canadian Tire (5-7 mins drive from cottage). \*\*\*There will be a $450.00 CAD security deposit. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your payment method, and it will be released within 5 to 7 days after checkout as long as no damage occurs during the stay. HOUSE RULES: • Below conditions will also be shared in a secure link with guests post booking confirmation to read and agree. • No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and \`de-smoking\` of the house/unit. • Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. • Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and barbecue, which made meal preparation simple. The hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evenings, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions for using all the facilities. Check in and stay was a smooth process. Surprisingly lots of wildlife in the area. The floors needed to be cleaned when we arrived, and the oven was filthy (smoked up the kitchen trying to make a pizza). Lots of space and all the comforts of home. It's tucked away in a wooded area but still just a short drive away from all the attractions in Sudbury. Very quiet and private, I scarcely heard a peep from the neighbours the whole time. We didn't use the hot tub, but my teen enjoyed the pool table and we made use of the multiple TV options. There is no air conditioning so it did get hot at times, but there were lots of fans and the nights were cooler so we were comfortable. Very comfy beds too. ##### Alicia L. There was room for everyone to have their own space - we were a party of 5 adults. Living spaces indoor and outdoor were conducive to gathering and had nice string lights for ambiance at night. While we did not end up bringing our pet we were grateful of the possibility. It was much too hot to use hot tub but it looked inviting; we were thankful for the 2 fans but glad we also brought our own. Bring insect repellent - the property is nestled in the trees! We did not plan to use barbecue but the fact that guests were responsible to get propane was not ideal. It would for this to be made available if requested, even for a charge.
