Conveniently placed for reaching the Villa Muggia wedding venue and resort attractions of Stresa (3-4 minutes’ drive away), this budget-friendly apartment offers a versatile lake view base from which to soak up the sunshine and get and about sightseeing.  
  
The timeless apartment benefits from a light and airy lake view living room, with comfy double sofa bed and flat screen TV accompanying a pleasant dining area. A double set of French doors lead out onto the private lake view terrace. A separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and extending breakfast table also leads out onto the terrace, for a carefree summertime flow.  
  
A spacious master bedroom with double king-size bed and large fitted wardrobe is complemented by a double sofa bed to the living room and a 2nd bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed and pull out single. A spacious family bathroom with tub and shower is located at the end of the corridor. Outside, the private lake view terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining set and compact sofa for 2. The panoramic lake views will easily tempt guests to while away an afternoon or evening there. The 1st floor apartment also benefits from lift access.  
  
For those driving, on street parking can also be found outside. From its scenic location, the 2-storey residence is 3-4 minutes’ drive away from the resort amenities and lakeside attractions of Stresa.

The lake view residence is situated along ‘Via per Binda’, placing guests 3-4 minutes’ drive from Stresa train station, its convention centre, the Villa Muggia wedding venue and the buzzing lakeside centre of Stresa, with its tour boats ready to take you to the Borromean islands. Within the fashionable Lake Maggiore resort of Stresa, guests will also be able to savour a plethora of restaurants and shops (including a large supermarket), the main tourist information centre and a host of sightseeing tours.  
  
The picturesque lakeside promenade route, known as ‘Passegiata Lungo Lago’ also offers a super spot for enjoying a timeless walk, ice cream or sunset aperitif. Stresa’s Mottarone-Alpino cable car also offers a fun scenic 3-leg journey up the Mottarone, to visit the unique Alpine garden, Alpyland, the mountainside bike trails and the Mottarone Snowpark. The closest public lido to the apartment is in Baveno (10 minutes’ drive away), where watersports and parasol, chair and sun lounge hire are all readily available. Stresa also offers frequent ferry links across Lake Maggiore, providing the perfect way to explore the top visitor highlights and hidden gems of Lake Maggiore.  
  
A truly year-round destination, the magical lake offers opportunities to enjoy safari and wildlife Parks and water and outdoor adventure parks, alongside lidos, wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and even Italian Alps Skiing. Lago di Varese, Lago di Monate and Lake Lugano are also within easy driving distance, as is downtown Milan (which is reachable by train within 50 minutes). The closest airport is Milan Malpensa, 47 minutes’ drive away (also reachable by public transport).
