« A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year. »

« Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe, nous avons obtenu une chambre standard, nous avons alors exigé de changer, aucune chambre de luxe n'était disponible. Le lendemain, après avoir demandé à nouveau, nous avons obtenu la chambre réservée. Nous avons été très déçus du personnel, très désagréable, et du petit déjeuner inhabituel: nous avons eu des salades de poisson, et autres salades à la vinaigrette. Un autre problème s'est produit: nous avions réservé une place de parking, en arrivant d'une...

« Personnel très accueillant et serviable. L'établissement est situé à plus de 1km du centre ville mais au pied des pistes (télésièges fermés en été). Pas de clim dans les chambres, c'est un peu rude quand il fait très chaud et que les fenêtres ne peuvent que s’entrebâiller. »

« The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome. »
