The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. **Location** Stralsund, district Knieper Nord. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in an old terraced house with 3 apartments. The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor/attic. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the locality (1000 m). **Special** Central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors. **Dogs** not allowed. **Distances** Shopping 300 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 1500 m. In the harbour, about 1000 m, is the Ozeaneum, in the old town is the Maritime Museum and many other attractions such as churches, beautifully restored old streets and alleys. Many shopping opportunities attract visitors to the old town. Rostock and Warnemünde are about 65 km away, The island of Rügen can be explored from 10 km to 70 km. The island of Usedom and its imperial spas, as well as the beautiful town of Swinoujście (PL), are about 100 km away. **In summer:** Strelasund outdoor pool (beach 1500 m in Stralsund with sand and swimming platforms). Golf in Greifswald 40 km. Horse riding in Rügen 15 km. Tennis in Stralsund 500 m. Fishing in Stralsund harbour 1500 m. Boat rental, boat mooring each 1000 m in Stralsund Knieperteich. Baltic Sea with fine sandy beach in Binz / Prora 30 km or between Glowe and Juliusruh about 60 km, Störtebeker Festival from the end of June to the beginning of September on the unique natural stage in Ralswiek about 40 km away. The Nature Heritage Centre with treetop path and & eagle’s nest (viewing platform) barrier-free accessible at a height of 42 m is located in Prora near Binz on Rügen about 40 km away. Harbour and chalk cliffs in Sassnitz are about 60 km away. Hell, sauber, ordentlich, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Für Kinder ist das separate Zimmer mit Leiteraufstieg ein toller Erlebnis. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der Hof darf durch Mieter genutzt werden. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spülmittel, Abwaschlappen, Toilettenpapier, Seife. Auspacken und wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht weit weg vom Wasser oder vom Stadtkern. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Supermärkte sind ohne Auto gut erreichbar. Stralsund ist eine schöne Stadt, mit viel Grün und weitläufigen Spazierwegen. Der Altstadtkern ist sehenswert. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder. ##### Yvonne S. Die Fotos sind zwar nicht mehr ganz aktuell und (Garten/ Möbel) und in der Küche fehlte spürbar der Ofen und eine Spülmaschine. Aber was vorher nicht angeboten wird, muss man eben hinnehmen. Alles in allem ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der interssiert ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt.
