The hallway and room was probably 80 degrees all night even though it wasn’t really that cold outside. There was no way to regulate temperatures in each room. Had to sleep with the door open to the back patio area. Also the toilet was jammed or something so that didn’t flush, had to lift toilet lid off snd pull stopper manually to flush. Help was ok but not overly friendly. It was 1st week end open so they need to be cut some slack but place was disheveled. Leaves piled up in driveway, broken screen to balcony, lock didnt Work . Central controlled heat made the room like sauna so had to open balcony door to sleep. Complained but they really couldn’t do anything . Place needs some love. Room quiet as i think we were the only ones there walks barely shoveled. Pillows terrible bring your own. Lifts open at 8am breakfast out at 7:30am. The rooms are a little warn and there isn't a lot of service but the location is excellent and I've gotten a great price staying there. The Hot Tub, Sauna and Swimming Pool are really nice as well.
