This is an expensive but good option in Stornoway.
The staff were extremely helpful with late dinner arrangements which were due to a ferry cancellation.
I stayed in premium room. Spacious, clean, modern, with a well stocked mini bar. Great breakfast options and lots of parking. Got chatting with a few members of staff who were very nice and helpful. Overall, great stay.
This is a lovely hotel. It is said to be the best on the island. Food is great. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Service is first rate. The manager, Marcus, is charming and informative. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel is well situated for the town of Stornoway - in house food served to a good standard, good parking etc my only personal criticism- the bed in room 101- mattress issues. other than that it was enjoyable visit.
Redecorated since last visit and it really is beautiful The huge beds and the new decor really impressed. And the staff are very very helpful. As usual, food is amazing.
Room and shower room were clean and modern. The public areas are quite stunning and well maintained. Would never stay anywhere else on Lewis!
Rooms were good bed were comfy.
All clean.
Food is expensive and not a very big range.
We also ordered 2 portions of spiced onion rings. It worked out £1per onion ring and they were to spicy for any of us to even eat so they were left nearly untouched..
This is evidently a popular spot in the community, as we saw a bridal shower and a baby shower when we checked in! The restaurant is very nice, and although we only had drinks and desserts, they were very good. It was also helpful for our travel plans that they offer a continental breakfast starting at 5AM, and the full breakfast a bit later.
The only two minimal things that would have been great would have been a fridge in the room, and being able to open the window a bit wider.
Otherwise, the hotel was nice and absolutely recommend.
We stayed here for 1 night and could not fault it.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The meal we had at the restaurant was 10/10, excellent presentation and so tasty.
Erinn particularly gave excellent customer service, was warm and genuinely friendly and a real credit to the hotel.
The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
The hotel is near the town and is dog friendly which is one of the reasons we chose it.
We are so glad we booked here and would highly recommend and would most certainly stay again next time we’re in Stornoway.
Thank you and keep up the amazing work.
Really friendly and accommodating staff. Slight mix up with the bill in our favour but we were honest and corrected it for them.
Food was good though menu limited if you're staying more than a night or two (We were).
Stayed 3 nights and had very enjoyable dinner each night and breakfasts very good too.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We got there at 1:30pm after the ferry and it wasn’t the warmest welcome. The staff didn’t even ask our names. We were told to come back for the agreed upon 3pm, with no acknowledgement of the room status or if they were working on it.
It left a bad taste.
The rest of the stay was fine, but truly we did not feel welcome.
