Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night.
Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence.
We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok.
Overall a nice property.

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

Great hotel in Florence — new, beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The room was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and clean. Loved the little details like the SMEG kettle and the high-end hair dryer. Breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was close to everything.
The only downside was some noise outside at night from people staying around the nearby park. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay again in the future.
