The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide free laundry - 2 washers & dryers are available to use in the lobby and the machine auto dispenses free laundry detergent. The hotel is very conveniently located near transport and shops. I should have paid extra to book a room with a window as it makes a difference.

No drink making equipment in room. Can get drinks from foyer, but quite expensive. Shower flooded the whole bathroom, which took an age to dry, making it very slippy. Room was immaculate when we first entered, but you have to pay extra for room cleaning, we chose not too. Tv wouldn’t connect, asked staff and their suggestions didn’t work either. Just felt like customers were an inconvenience to them. Location was good and easy to find.

Nice small room close to metro with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Good value for money. Very helpful staff. My only gripe was the tv, no local channels and only an option to stream from the phone that mostly worked but felt a little awkward. I’m sure this tv is capable of having a Netflix and YouTube app.

Very clean room, daily cleaning comes with a cost otherwise it’s every 3 days. Staff are very courteous Very central with a very reasonable price. Very decent coffees and nice choices for breakfast within reasonable price. I would definitely recommend the place.

Great place to stay however for the entire 5 nights no one came to clean the room which was disappointing. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. Nonetheless it was a nice hotel in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, close to the city, very friendly and helpful staff. But the shower is very annoying as it floods the whole bathroom, so you have constantly wet feet. The towels are also quite small and thin, so not much help in drying.

It was great to have the free laundry! No microwave or mini fridge in the room which was challenging traveling with children but we made it work. Staff was friendly. We had everything we needed and location was great.

Clean and modern hotel. Very simple and had the amenities I needed for a 2 night stay. Everyone mentioned about the water going everywhere in the shower room, it did splash, but not leak into the bedroom crazy (nothing to worry about). There was some strange long blonde hair stuck to the ceiling, no idea how some people blow dry their hair. Wish there was a chair to sit in and not a fold up stool. Aside from that all was good.

The staff Agnus and Anna were very helpful. They both came to help with the technical issue we had with the TV. Anna sorted it out for us. The TV should have TV channels, it only had the casting facilities. Air conditioning did not work at all, we were told that it is a cooling system, not ac, but was advertised as ac. We booked this because it was advertised as having ac in there. Apart from that everything was good, everything was near by to see.

There was jo air conditioning in my which was a disappointment! Luckily i travel with a small fan which was handy. The room was quite warm. I did not need laundry facilities,only stayed for three nights.

I was offered an upgrade and the room I ended up with was a good size. I thought I was going to have a wet bathroom floor as the shower area was just screened off in the corner. However it was not an issue as the drain was immediately below this and no water escaped. Breakfast was limited to a choice of rolls and pastries with tea or coffee, but was good value. My only criticism was the lack of TV channels but I don't go away just to watch TV. You could however cast media from your phone if that's something that you might choose but not for me.
