Welcome to our Creutzig vacation home in idyllic Wahlwies—between Lake Constance and Hegau. Our high-quality, like-new semi-detached house offers approximately 150 m² of space for up to 8–10 people and is the ideal place for families, friends, or multiple generations who want to spend a relaxing vacation together. Built as a master carpenter’s home, this vacation home captivates with its natural, warm atmosphere. Real oak wood floors, solid wood stairs, in-floor heating, a modern air-to-water heat pump, and triple-glazed windows ensure the highest level of comfort year-round. The perfect location for your vacation: whether cycling, hiking, swimming, or exploring culture—from Wahlwies, you can reach the region’s most beautiful destinations in no time. The Lake Constance Bike Path, numerous hiking trails, as well as Radolfzell, Überlingen, Konstanz, Mainau Island, Stein am Rhein, and the Rhine Falls are all nearby. A special bonus: in the future, the house will feature an exclusive wellness area. Starting around fall 2026, we plan to add a small spa area with a sauna and relaxation zone to our current offerings.

Are you travelling with a larger group and need even more space? In addition to the Creutzig Vacation Home, we also offer our Creutzig Vacation Apartment in the immediate vicinity, which can also be booked here via Vrbo. As early as 2016, a wonderful place for your vacation on Lake Constance was created there. We’re now delighted to welcome many returning guests every year, which of course makes us very happy.
The accommodations are located in the quiet, child-friendly village of Wahlwies, close to nature yet with excellent access to the Lake Constance region. Right on your doorstep is an organic village store with its own bakery, ideal for daily groceries—even for larger groups. Wahlwies is surrounded by apple orchards and extensive bike paths that lead directly to Lake Constance. Lake Constance is only about 4 km away and easily accessible by bike. The location is ideal for cycling groups circling Lake Constance, travelling on routes across Germany or the Alps, or planning multi-stage trips.
A lockable bike shed, washing machine, and dryer provide ideal conditions for this.
Seminar, workshop, and event groups also appreciate the peaceful surroundings, easy accessibility, and the accommodation’s spacious common areas—perfect for cooking together, socializing, or enjoying relaxed evenings after busy days.
A train station in town makes arrival and departure hassle-free.
The towns of Radolfzell and Stockach are about a 10-minute drive away, while Konstanz and Überlingen are about 25 minutes away, offering restaurants, cafés, shopping, and cultural events. It’s also not far to Constance. Want to visit Switzerland? No problem. The Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen are about a 30-minute drive away. Prefer the mountains? In about 90 minutes, you can be in the Alpstein Mountains in the Appenzell region or on the Pfänder in Vorarlberg on the eastern shore of Lake Constance. A roughly 2-hour drive will take you, for example, to the impressive Titlis (3,238 m) in Central Switzerland near Lucerne.
