Built in 2020, this residence with a pool features modern and stylishly furnished apartments. Your holiday home is just 100 meters from the sea and 250 meters from La Pelosa beach and boasts a contemporary design. A barbecue, washing machine, and dryer are available for shared use. The apartments are equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
La Pelosa beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From the beach, enjoy stunning panoramic views of the marine protected area of Asinara Island, which became a national park in 2002.
Nearby activities: For sports enthusiasts, there are kite and windsurfing centers, as well as trekking and boat tours. The ancient fishing village of Stintinos, just 3 km away, is known for its picturesque marina and is surrounded by typical restaurants and vibrant night markets on summer evenings.
In some apartments, the bathroom is located in the bedroom with the double bed.
