Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
We booked this hotel for the last two nights of a 10 trip through Denmark we had zero issues with any of our previous hotels. The main reason for booking this room was the dinning experience advertised on their website they make it sound like fabulous opertunity. The night before checking in I received an email welcoming us with a line stating dinner only served on Friday & Saturday and it's Tuesday, this was a huge surprise.
During our check in I mentioned this and was very quickly cut off by the presumed owner that this is stated on their website, Yes after going back and visiting there website it's shown but you would need to read though/search different areas, unfortunately I was already sold on the idea of food they were advertising and since they are hotel didn't consider them not being open.
Our major problem was the room stank of perfume/cleaning supplies, I'm not overly sensitive to smells but my eyes started to water, my wife was in much worse condition, even after leaving hotel you could taste it and the effects stayed with us. I returned to office and spoke with gentlemen who was very professional changing rooms was not option so was offered full refund which we accepted.
