The Château De Luxe is located in Stavelot in the province of Liège. The luxurious house has 8 bedrooms and is ideal for a large group with children. Also a pet is welcome.

The centre with supermarkets and restaurants is 4 km away. The area is also ideal for winter sports. At only 100 m you can go cross-country skiing. The nearest ski lift is 5 km away.

The spacious house is equipped with all conveniences. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom and on the terrain there is a pool house with a Turkish bath, a sauna and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is completely covered, heated and private. Outside you will find a car park, a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. For children there is playground equipment and the recreation room has a bar and a pool table.

Public transport is 100 m away.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
