« Property and location were great. Tons of places to eat and grab a drink if that’s what you’re into. Close enough to wrigley to walk. Tremendouse value! Only issue was check in. I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that. »

« Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and the unit was very well kept. Very happy that we were so close to so much public transportation. It is a little noisy for those who aren’t used to hearing the L train nearby. Parking is hard to find, but there is paid parking nearby and easy to access public transit. If you plan on parking your car for the full time you’re there. »

« Worst experience. My husband paid for my sister and I to have a girls night in Chicago. This host told me last-minute that they don’t accept third party payments. So we sent all the required documentation to fix it and still stay. Check in is at 3pm, I got a message at 2pm saying they had to cancel our reservation for “maintenance issues”. My sister then contacted the same host, same listing minutes after and asked if this place was available for the night and the host said yes. Needless to say...

« Host was great - friendly and communicative. Apartment is well stocked, nicely and thoughtfully decorated. This is not a generic, stark rental. It’s a studio but with adult son on pull out couch and me on bed, we were fine. Big kitchen with everything we needed and nice bathroom with great Bath products. Love the neighborhood - we walked to the L and Clark St bus stop just a block away. Trader Joe’s just down the block. I would definitely stay here again as it is nicely priced too. »

« Perfect location! Trendy and safe neighborhood. Clean and so comfortable. We slept like babies - the bed and bedding was A. Nice extra touches like foam ear plugs and a couple water bottles in a fridge. It was hot outside and the A/C works very well. I’d stay here again - the price was much better than hotels in the area. »
