  • Clean, well cared for home in Toftrees. Owner occupied with minimal rentals. Minutes from the football stadium and Jordan center. Easy access to both on Fox Hollow Road. Large deck with Weber grill and enclosed porch. Eat in kitchen with access to refrigerator and built in icemaker.. All bedding and towels provided.

This was a beautiful home and property. The check in and out process was very easy. The house was very clean and could easily fit 18+ people, the hosts communication was great. I would totally recommend staying here!

Our stay was excellent! We had a great weekend visiting our son at Penn State and attending the football game. The house was perfect for our 19 family and friends. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the sat around the island well cooking. Pete was very reachable and a great host. The house was easy to get to and so close to the stadium and campus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect for our golf trip. We fit 11 guys comfortably and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the cool decor and backyard area was awesome.

A Great Stay at PSU

Had a wonderful time staying at this property, it was clean and had great outdoor spaces. We appreciated the instructions printed out and hung on the white board as well. Looking forward to coming back to this property.

Beautiful house with excellent location

This is a beautiful house with a great location that’s close to downtown/campus but has a private, out of the way feel. Communication with Pete was easy. The size of the house was perfect for our 14-person group, with plenty of bedrooms and beds.

A wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Many in the family gathered to attend and celebrate my Granddaughter graduation from Penn State. This spacious house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Football weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a great size for our party, and the owner is very responsive. It was super easy getting in & out. The only odd thing is the giraffe in the living room. It was a little creepy, but actually made for some funny pictures. Overall, we'd recommend this property!

GREAT VISIT TO PSU FOR WINTER GRADUATION

We gathered with family and friends in this house to celebrate our daughter graduating from PSU a semester early in December 2022. This house was perfect! Ample bedroom space, and nice large well-stocked kitchen for meal prep and gathering. Loved out stay! Host was great! House was clean and as advertised, and host was responsive to communication on details before and during the stay! Great place! Will return!
